Ciro vs Sho

Within the sands of Psyren Ciro awaited his first fight. Sho...he had met this man once before but that didn't matter. Ciro sat down on the sands awaiting his prey. He was determined to give Sho a fight he'd not soon forget. Even if Ciro lost, he, Ciro, would make sure Sho felt what true pain was like. The drifter was in no hurry though. It didn't matter to him what happened. As long as Sho showed up and didn't punk out.

From all the persons hes opponent was Ciro, he expected to meet him later but it wasn't a choice now. He walked to the place chosen for their fight while who was participating from that too, how many other drifters like he or Ciro there were still out there.Why here... there was so many better places that we could fight without worrying with snakes or worms coming to swallow us... nemesis Q or whoever organized this shit is kidding with us...
He saw Ciro sat on the sand and stopped when it was possible for Ciro to see that he was there, he didn't want to approach his enemy too much without need.

"Don't fuck this up...There's no killing, but if you don't win then some idiot will and that prize will get away from us..." That was Cide's way of saying "Good luck Ciro." It didn't bother him though. He was used to Cide's lack of motivational words. Ciro's blue eyes locked onto Sho as the male came into view. He wasn't one to dance around the bush. Using his strength Rise in conjunction with his Burst, he moved his arm across the front of him. As his hand was lined up with Sho, he let loose a quick bolt of telekinetic energy. He then quickly moved his strength to his legs to push off the ground and move about fifteen feet back while releasing three more bolts in groups. The first group went to Sho's left, the next to his right, and the final was just above him.

Shit... how i hate telekinetic users... he thought while using his rise strengthening his arms to block the incoming attack, even blocking its strength pushed him backwards making the other three miss him and hit the sand making a small dust cloud take place covering him.

"ok, now i'm ready" he said as it dissipated and he hold his two energy whips before whipping one of them straight forward, toward Ciro's direction and as he expanded it like a lance another cloud appeared in a straight line following the point of his wip that moving fast aimed to Ciro.

Ciro wasn't sure if the direction of these whips could be changed. It was an element of this man's ability he didn't want to find out the hard way and so he'd have to time his jump just so. He kept his eyes on the whip but noted that it's form changed. It became more ridged and less fluid like a whip. It also expanded some. It did seem to resemble a lance. As it began to close in his eye sight sharpened to slow things down. He pushed off his feet to roll to the left. The lance moved a bit faster than he thought it was moving though and cut his leg. It wasn't a deep cut but it was a cut nonetheless and it did bleed. Ciro reached down and touched the blood. He looked at Sho with a smile. "First blood...A man after my own heart..." He smiled coldly and licked the blood off his finger. It had a metallic taste to it but he didn't mind.

Ciro held his hand out to Sho. He released a torrent of telekinetic blasts at Sho. It was more of a scattershot thing though. He didn't expect all of them to hit, but a few should. He pressed his hands together and slowly separated them. Telekinetic energy built up and he released that shot. It was slower than the others, but it would hurt a lot more. To add to this, he fired a smaller bolt at the larger one. The energy in it swelled up, and it moved slightly faster, but not as fast as the smaller ones.

He was starting to run forward his enemy when he was surprised by what looked a large mass of energy flying toward him, being several telekinetic blasts aiming at him.
Show managed to avoid some of them but after been hit by one which made him lose his balance and got hit by another four of them, he wasn't very adept using his rise in order to fastly control it from a focused part of his body to another or to strengthen all of his body at same time. Even being small it felt just like he got hit by heavy punches all over his body.

The larger one was already near him when he raised his arms and crossed them to block it and was pushed backwards with its impact, but not falling. If that was the level of his opponent psy than he would probably have a problems dealing with it even so the pain on his arms, on his body, it didn't feel like a bad thing it was more like a challenge and he liked things like that.

He stood there waiting for another move from Ciro so that now he could try to counter it or use it favoring his own move.

Ciro looked at Sho as he took the hits. He was taking in his movements, his actions, and his reactions to Ciro's action. It wondered why he didn't use Sense to avoid the shots better. Maybe he was unable to? Or maybe he didn't have a good Sense? Whatever it was, Ciro would play with it more. He thought for a second before he was slowly lifted up. All around him in a twenty foot radius was a field of attraction and repulsion. This field was used to trap objects as well as people in it. Once in the field Ciro had domination. The fields pressure was heavy but not bone crushing. He used the ability to lift a few sections of earth from the ground. With the earth lifted in large chunks he increased the pressure around them to break it up into a size equal to his fists size. There were originally three chunks lifted up. Each broke apart into about ten pieces. Using the first group for now, he pointed at Sho and they launched quickly at the boy.

Sho needed to calm and look for the better way to approach ciro. When sho saw him getting ready for the next attack, this time not using pure energy he thought it was a good chance that he could use and stood there waiting.
Steady... steady... shit, not gonna work they're too fast he thought before using rise on his legs and he jumped upward to avoid the stones coming at him, aiming at Ciro as he went up before extending the whip on his hand at his direction.

Ciro took note of the man's actions. He had trouble dodging the telekinetic bullets from before. He assumed this to mean that his ability to increase his senses was low if there at all. But this was different. He seemed to almost effortlessly avoid the rocks. So his Rise skill was more centered around strength it seemed. This would get interesting it seemed.

He watched the whip as it zipped forward and got caught in his Disruption field. It floated around for a bit until he moved another group of rock. He formed a thick square block around the whip and held it tight with the rocks. He used the final set of rocks similar to the first. He fired them at Sho, but kept the second group focused on holding the whip as best he could.

Ciro smiled as the second group of rocked nailed Sho, hitting him hard and fast one after the other giving him little time to get his whits together. Sho looked to be in pretty back shape after that beating. He was still standing though, and that was a plus, but after this next attack, he'd be out for the match if he didn't do something soon. He gathered as much pressure around the rock wall as he could and shoved it out at full power. The structure moved out of the field of influence and flew to Sho was deadly intent. Unless he did something, Sho was finished.

Ciro sighed a bit as he watched the male be crushed by his wall. He heard the impact, and it didn't sound too enjoyable. But oh well, such was the price for fighting. You live, or you go home in a body bag. Luckily for this male, he wouldn't die. Just be removed from the tournament. Ciro turned his back on the scene and walked away calmly.
