Ability Description: The burst takes shape as two small child-like Lyca's

The black form Ying has a pure good thought process, this means that anything ,except its owner and the counterpart of this power, which is not pure good should be eliminated in its eyes. This form uses Lightning as its ability. Has swords concealed in her sleaves with a electric coating instead of hands, these stun the musslces of the penetrated victim slightly decresing there speed a little.
The white form Yang has a Pure evil thought process, this means it has no compassion for anything and kills anything, except the owner and the counterpart of this burst. This form uses Water as its ability. The black one has a concealed guns (instead of hands) up her sleaves, they shoot water bullets. They have the penetration power of an arrow.
Each form can be summoned seperatly, meaning the burden is halved. All the senses except touch are linked to the user.
-Drawbacks-
This great power comes with great drawback, The fact the damage taken gets healed means that the burden on the brain increases. However Lyca has found a way to redirect this. This burst can be summoned without burden but if it stays active to long it start to be like a parasyte to the user damaging the body. the damageless summon period is [Burst points / 10 = rebound free post limit] for every 10 burst points Lyca can keep them in solid form for one post without the rebound. (this gets doubled when only one of the two is summoned) When the burst is resummoned in the same thread the reboundless perios resets but the period shortens with 1 post.
The rebound takes a heavier form the more the rebound limit has been surpassed by and the damage the burst received. As the forms take alot of Psi the rebound limit gives a more heavy rebound then the damage they take. With 1 post past a bone is crushed within her body, this concists of a larger bone then her rib (meaning a finger or two isn;t enough).
Techniques: Dragon of the Lake (White): This is a technique that lets out a twin headed dragon of water, the victim will be drenced and the water pressure blows the victim away (when the burst points are over 15). The teeth of the dragon are sharp like swords. This techniques can also be used to bind the victim by coiling the circulating water around the victim. However this has a low chance of succeeding.

Dragon from the Sky (Black): The technique lets a dragon loose from the the blades of the burst, the current goes up for every burst point of the user. At 15 points does it do more then stun damage, it will start frying the innerts of the victim.

Name: Pillars of Enlightment
Discription: Yang and Ying usses there water and lightning manipulation to charge the water molecules in the air in ceratin areas, the more areas the weaker the effect. The molecules send out lightning and lightnng get draw from the air sending pillars of electricity. These appear in an instant and are hard to predict.

Ability Name: Asylum
Ability Description: This ability allows Lyca to manipulate the senses and the emotions of the victims. These effects take effect through the senses of the opponent.
Techniques: Insanity: This tech makes one loose all sense of logic and control, bringing out only the feeling of anger. This tech, prevents planning and reduces the victim to a more primal state. Though it does have the effect of making allies fight one and another, Lyca uses this to draw the opponent closer and enjoy a close-up fight. She creates spikes on her knuckles when someone is hit by these this tech takes effect.
Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 2 posts after effect wears off
Paranoia: This tech makes the victim see up to 5 Psi-clones of the user. Damage received from the copies will feel real but it only damages fatigue and the mind. Weak victims will die from shock but with a strong mind it only tires one out. This tech activates when the opponent is hit by a punch or strike stronger then a slap.
Duration: 4 posts Cooldown: 3 posts after effect wears off
