Ability Description: Whoever he touches or touch him become vulnerable to his mind attack or illusions for some time until touching\ been touched by him again. (2 post duration vulnerable until been touched\ touching him again ) His weakness being target of several enemies at same time. (can keep fighting normally against 2 enemies at same time)

Techniques:
Dreamcut - he focus his power into the small blade of a dagger that starts to make a small sound spread around echoing, carrying on it an mind wave attack, usually using it to makes his presence dissipate almost totally, becoming an invisible being.
Reach area - 15m around him
duration 2 cooldown 2

Multiply - He creates a set of perfect copies of him, they can't hit the enemy but will react as if they we're real whenever they get hit by the enemy, they are just used to confuse the enemy.

Deceive - He changes the appearance of any living creature or being, making it looks exactly like him in the eyes of his enemy.

Just a few things...

• Am I correct in reading that your ability only works if the enemy has touched you or you him? And if that's the case am I correct in reading that the effects only last for 2 posts?
  
  
  
• Pease give a solid range for Dreamcut.
  
  
• Multiply and Deceive do not need a duration or cooldown (under the understanding that the clones do not harm the enemy)

yeah his techs, besides dreamcut, can only be used after touching the enemy and he can only use \ activate them inside that 2 posts time limit after touching them.
but the effect of the techs keep on working after that, thats why i firstly added duration on them
