Chatha stepped out of the airplane when the blizzard that was reported to start, hit. And it hit hard. The pilot, and anybody else who knew of the coming weather here, had tried to talk Chatha out of the trip, considering he had told them that he wasn't bringing anything extra clothing except for what he was wearing and an extra pair in case something happened to them. Which was highly likely, considering he wasn't here to ski or skate. He had come here to train. In the last few days, Chatha had learned that Psyern was different, especially with the Star Commanders coming out to play. So the place he thought he could stay for a few days was Alaska. it was always cold, and he ahd planed this trip just in time for the blizzard to hit. Slugging his backpack onto one of his shoulders, Chatha walked out into the cold hard blizzard feeling nothing but a slight irrition as the snow and ice hit his skin. Holding his hand up to the cold air, Chatha created a ice rifle out of thin air. He had made sure no one else was around before doing this, considering he didn't want anyone to see what he was capable of before returning to the warm part of the states. By the time he was done here, many headline would be made throughout the states, with every cause unknown to the reporters and anybody else who tried to discover what had caused everything. The blizzard would last for at least three days, which would be enough time to come up with a new technique or two ir he was lucky. Chatha stopped when he heard a sound interupt his train of thought. Four soft crunches. It was either two people or something on four feet. he strained to hear what it was when he saw a polar bear come into view. No surprise, Chatha must have come near its den. He had two choices to make. Either kill the bear for food, or leave it alone, and find something else to hunt for food. The bear was approaching closer, with each passing second and Chatha was going to have to make up his mind fast. Throwing the rifle into the ground, he created two ice swords out of thin air, which caused the bear to stop for a few seconds in curiosity. Taking this chance, Chatha rushed the polar bear.

Chatha sat on top of the dead polar bear, both swords sticking out of the bear's shoulder blades. The fight had been a bit tougher than he expected, considering he forgot to take into account the weight of a full grown polar bear. Oh well, the only wound was a small cut on his right arm, which had already stopped bleeding because of the cold temperature. There were a few tears in his shirts, but it could easily be sewed back together when he got home. Grabbing one of the swords in his out of the bear's tranparent fur, while telling the other sword to disappear and once again become a part of the cold environment. Using the single sword, Chatha sliced of each paw, and stuck them into the ground with the claws facing up. Headline number 1. He thought to himself.

Grabbing the bear from its fur, and dragged it in the direction it had came from. Chatha walked for about forty-five minutes before finding the den the polar bear had come from. Dropping the dead bear onto the ground, Chatha started to shovel the snow away from the entrance using his bare hands. This took him about ten minutes, before he believed that there was enough of a gap for both him and the dead bear to fit inside. Picking the bear up for the second time, he slowly walked into the den, which belonged to him for the duration of his stay. Before preparing the bear for dinner, Chatha made sure there were no cubs inside the den. When he was satisfied that every corner had been checked, Chatha made a small fire, which afterwards skined the bear and left the hid to dry beside the fire.

Chatha patted the inside of the polar bear fur to make it was dry. Smiling in satisfaction, he ripped of another piece of bear meat that was roasting over the fire in the small cave before walking out into the blizzard. Shielding his eyes, he looked to what he believed was west. Only if this blizzard wasn't blocking my view completely, i might be able to see a small town. Which would possible thanks to his heighten senses, he might have been able to spot the small town that was just another 45 kilometers away from his current 'home.' It was just then that the wind and snow lightened up. What the?! Is what Chatha thought when it happened. At the same second of the thought, the wind and snow picked up once again. What Chatha didn't realized at that moment was he was the one who had caused the snow and wind to lower in intesity.

Finishing the peice of meat in his hand, Chatha imagined a small wall of ice in front of him. If he could do this and be able have it cover his front, he would be able to use it as a first defence when he was using his rifle. Concentration harder, a small circle piece of ice started to appear in front of him. He smiled. Making progress early was a good sign he had always thought. Just like how he had risen to the top of his class in both sword fighting and gun training. It had stayed that way until graduation when he had almost lost that spot to someone else. Stopping his concentration, Chatha let the piece of ice disappear, he walked back into the cave, and patted down the bear hid one last time before, putting out the fire and falling asleep, ending his first half a day in Alaska.

It was dark when Chatha woke from his slumper. Stretching his limbs, Chatha smiled feeling refreshed from his eight hour flight to Alaska. Even though Chatha was immune to the cold, he decided to light the dead fire from last night so that he would be able to see in front of him and not have to wait for his eyes to adjust to the darkness around him. Chatha had to shield his eyes for a second when the fire came to life. His eyes adjusted pretty quickly, allowing him to remove his arm from in front of his face. Standing up for the first time that day, Chatha walked outside allowing the cave to heat up, and the fire to recook the bear meat he had for dinner last night.

Feeling the snow on his arms, Chatha smiled knowing that this was the first full day of the forecasted blizzard. Holding his arms in front of him, Chatha focued in his mind a dinner plate of ice. Focusing on this image only ice started to gather in front of the hands. Keeping his concentration, Chatha watched as the small piece of ice slowly started to grow to the size of a dinner plate. Not wanting to stop, he pushed him self to create something bigger. Three minutes later, Chatha found himself on the ground holding his head while trying to catch his breath. It seemed the size of a small box was too much for him on an empty stomach. Slowly getting up, Chatha slowly walked back to the cave looking foward to breakfast.

Finishing his third slice of meat, Chatha slightly smiled feeling that his headache was slowly receding thanks to ingestion of protien. Stretching for the second time that day, he gently got up from his sitting position. Keeping his head low, Chatha walked back out into the blizzard. Holding his hand up to the falling snow, he started to wonder how all of a sudden the snow had slowed down yesterday. His memory was pretty stellar, so Chatha knew that the blizzard was not going to let up until the day of his departure. But really if this blizzard would let up for just a minute, he might be able to get a better bearing of where he was. Once again with the thought of the storm calming down, Chatha was able to see in front of himself for a good five feet. Just like last time he was in shock. How was that possible? Was it possible that he might be able to have some control over the weather if he concentrated hard enough? Calming himself down, Chatha allowed the storm to pick up once again to its original intensity. It was time to put his theory to the test.

Placing his arms at his side, Chatha concentrated on the snow around him and thought, Slower fall and heaver flakes of snow It took a few minutes, which made Chatha a bit skeptical, but then it happened, the snow faller was slower and the weight of each flake was heavier than before. This was amazing, he could control the ice and snow apsect of the weather, the real question was how long could he do it for.

Having been in Alaska for a day now, Chatha decided to try and find a nearby town or village. Keeping the snow out of his eyes, he walked for about half an hour before finding a small village just to the east to where the den of the dead polar bear was. Walking into the village, Chatha saw some kids running around in snowsuits throwing snowballs at each other. It seems the kids didn't mind playing in this weather as long as they are having fun. Keeping to himself, Chatha continued to walk around the village until he came to the exit. Trying to see in front of him, Chatha stops the snow from falling around him. Not seeing anything else for quiet a distance.

Dropping the ability, Chatha walks out of the village without realizing that the kids he has just passed had stopped their snowball fight when he walked away from them, wondering why someone would be wearing very little clothing during a blizzard of this calibar. Watching him for a few minutes they witnessed something unheard of. Snow had stopped falling around him, like it was magic, but it had last for only a few seconds so the kids were not a hundred percent sure of what they saw. They had lost the chance to ask the white haired stranger when he walked out of the village.

Arriving back at the den, Chatha created an ice sword, as he walked into the mouth of the den. Making his way to the bear meat that was still suspeneded above the dead fire, that had yet to be cleaned, he cut off a medium slice off from the carcess, and softly started to nibble on it. There was still some flavor to the meat from the juices it released during the many times Chatha had cooked it over the fire. Throwing the sword into the hanging chunk of meat. Sitting down on the bear hid, Chatha crossed his legs trying to finish the slice of meat that he had cut off, which he was finding a bit tougher than he thought it would be. Swallowing the rest down, he went back outside to enjoy the blizzard that would last till tomorrow morning.

Wiping his hands on the inside of the bear fur, Chatha carefully got up and left the cave for who knows how many times he had found it two days ago. Once outside, Chatha held his arms in the air vertical to his body. Picturing a oval shape case of ice, pockets of ice started to form in front of his hands, which started to slowing expand in opposite directions. At the rate this was going, if Chatha was to be attacked, he would have to stop the formation of this defense, and block. Stopping halfway through the formation of the case, Chatha started to think of a way he could defend himself yet still attack. Moments latter it came to him.

Leaving the den for the last time, Chatha looked up at the horizen, and watched for a few minutes as the sun slowly started to peak over. Turning towards the direction he had came in three days ago. It would take him about half an hour to reach the runway where is five seater plane awaited him. Walking towards the runway, Chatha finally noticed that snow was no longer falling, and that the wind at died down to just a small breeze. He had left the polar bear hid back in the cave, not wanting to explain to people how he might have obtained it in the first place, when he hadn't been seen in either of the major cities. Stepping onto the small plane, he took a seat at the very back. Buckling himself in, Chatha leans back and falls alseep before the plane can take off, heading back to New York.
